Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), received the product. If you order several products in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day after you receive the last product.

How do you withdraw?

Let us know within the withdrawal period that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can do this with the model withdrawal form below, or in any other unambiguous way, for example by email to info@thef.nl.
Send the product back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you told us that you are withdrawing. Return address: THEF, Bronstijdkreek 14, 3206 HA Spijkenisse, Netherlands.
Please send the product back unused if possible, complete and in its original packaging.
After receiving your notice, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Cost of returning

You bear the cost of returning the product. We therefore do not refund the shipping costs of your return. A return label is not included either; you arrange the shipment yourself. Keep the proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Refund

We will refund all payments we have received from you within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. This includes the original standard delivery costs. If you chose a different, more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we will not refund the extra costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you have shown that you have sent the product back, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for you.

Diminished value

Handle the product with care. You may unpack and look at it, as you would be allowed to in a shop. If the product has lost value because you handled it more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for that diminished value. We will charge for that diminished value or deduct it from the refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, for example custom-coloured extensions. Nor does it apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal was broken after delivery.
